What exactly am I buying here?
No-recoil macros: ready-made scripts that control your mouse movement and compensate weapon recoil. They don't modify game files and read nothing from the game. You buy a complete package per game or individual weapon scripts.
What's the difference between "App unlock" and "App + Download"?
App unlock unlocks all scripts of the package in the NR desktop app. With "App + Download" you additionally get all scripts as files (ZIP) in your account — yours to keep, usable offline and even without the app or a subscription, e.g. with AutoHotkey or your mouse software.
Do I need a subscription?
For activating live recoil in the NR app: yes — an active NR subscription (from €4.99/month, cancel monthly). Without a subscription, use your scripts as files via the "App + Download" option.
How do I get my product after purchase?
Your order is linked to your checkout email and you receive a confirmation email with the next steps. Create an account with exactly that email (or sign in) — you'll find everything under "My purchases & downloads", and your packages are unlocked in the NR app after signing in.
Do I need an account to buy?
No, you can pay as a guest. For downloads, invoices and the app unlock you'll need an account with the same email address you used at checkout.
What are the system requirements for the NR app?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), around 100 MB of disk space. Download and sign-in are free.
Do the macros work with my mouse?
Yes — the scripts work with any mouse (incl. Logitech, Razer, Corsair, Bloody, A4Tech, Sharkoon). The download packages include formats for common mouse software.
On how many PCs can I use the app?
On one PC at a time (device lock). To switch, use "Log out from all devices" in your settings and sign in on the new PC.
Can I use the scripts offline?
Downloaded script files (download option) work completely offline. The NR app has an offline mode for purchased content, but occasionally needs internet for sign-in and updates.
Is this allowed? Can I get banned?
Honest answer: macros violate the terms of service of many games and can lead to bans. Our scripts only control mouse movement, don't modify game files and read nothing from the game — but a residual risk remains. Use at your own responsibility.
Can I return my purchase?
Digital products are delivered immediately — with your consent at checkout the right of withdrawal expires, and refunds are generally excluded afterwards (see terms). If you run into problems, contact us anyway — we look at every case.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your account via "Manage subscription" — this opens the Stripe portal with cancellation and invoices. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Important: use an account with the email address you subscribed with.
Which payment methods are available?
All payments run securely through Stripe — incl. credit/debit card, plus further methods depending on country and product. You can also redeem gift, discount and creator codes at checkout.
