SVDS recoil
Every number below comes from the script you buy here — measured across a full SVDS magazine in Arena Breakout: Infinite.
Over a full magazine the SVDS pulls about 458 px upwards, 45.8 px per shot on average. The climb stays even — the kind of recoil a steady pull-down cancels out completely.
Sideways almost nothing happens, the path stays on the vertical. Control the downward pull and you control the SVDS.
The SVDS is semi-automatic: one round per click, at most every 267 ms (225 RPM). Click fast and the climb builds shot by shot — that's exactly where the correction comes in.
The script keeps a separate correction value for each of the 10 shots and clocks them at 267 ms — exactly the rhythm of the weapon. Strength, vertical and horizontal share are adjustable individually in the NR app.
SVDS — frequently asked
How strong is the recoil of the SVDS?
Across 10 shots the SVDS pulls around 458 px upwards, 45.8 px per round on average, and stays practically still sideways. That puts it at difficulty “Medium” in our catalogue.
How does the script work with single shots?
The script compensates one round per click — up to 48 px of counter-movement. Click again quickly and the pattern continues shot by shot (“Recoil reset” setting in the NR app); after a pause it restarts at shot 1. 10 rounds are stored.
Is the difference noticeable in a fight?
From the fifth round onwards, mostly. The first bullets of the SVDS land by hand too; the 458 px that follow are what decides the duel.
