721 px of vertical travel across 30 shots: the VITYAZ climbs hard. By round four or five the crosshair sits above the enemy's head, and the strongest single step measures 25 px.
Sideways almost nothing happens, the path stays on the vertical. Control the downward pull and you control the VITYAZ.
698 RPM means 86 ms per shot, so a full magazine lasts 2.6 seconds. Long enough to pull the correction deliberately — and long enough for every small error to add up by the last round.
