MP-9 recoil
Every number below comes from the script you buy here — measured across a full MP-9 magazine in Counter-Strike 2.
931 px of vertical travel across 30 shots: the MP-9 climbs hard. By round four or five the crosshair sits above the enemy's head, and the strongest single step measures 47 px.
The path sways: 25 px of spread but barely any net drift — the MP-9 pulls to one side first and to the other afterwards. That pattern costs most players their shots, because you correct against a direction that flips moments later.
At 896 RPM there are only 67 ms between two bullets — 30 rounds are gone in 2.0 seconds. No hand corrects consciously in that window; the pattern has to run before your finger is back up.
The script keeps a separate correction value for each of the 30 shots and clocks them at 67 ms — exactly the rhythm of the weapon. Strength, vertical and horizontal share are adjustable individually in the NR app.
MP-9 — frequently asked
How strong is the recoil of the MP-9?
Across 30 shots the MP-9 pulls around 931 px upwards — 31.0 px per round on average — plus 25 px of horizontal spread. That puts it at difficulty “Medium” in our catalogue.
Does the script cover the whole magazine?
Yes. It stores 30 shots at 67 ms intervals (896 RPM), which is 2.0 seconds of full auto. Keep firing beyond that and the NR app holds the last correction value; releasing the button restarts the pattern at shot 1.
Is the difference noticeable in a fight?
From the fifth round onwards, mostly. The first bullets of the MP-9 land by hand too; the 931 px that follow are what decides the duel.
