The SHORTY fires one round at a time, so what counts is the kick per shot, not the spray. Every trigger pull throws the crosshair about 35 px upwards — and that is exactly where you lose the target if you follow up too fast.
At 333 ms between rounds (180 RPM) the SHORTY is a precision weapon: the correction has to land between the shots, not during them.
